These strings are thinner than the strings you commonly find and longer than regular shoe shoelaces. These shoelaces are 140 cm or 55 inches! They are long enough for High Top Sneakers or High Top Boots. These are TOO LONG FOR Basic Sneakers! ***Measure your current shoelaces to determine if these are the right fit for your shoes.

The strings will have a slight "gummy" texture when you receive them. That does not affect their use nor ability to string into your projects.
