These strings are thinner than the strings you commonly find and the same length as regular shoe shoelaces. These shoelaces are 122 cm or 48 inches! *** Measure your current shoelaces to determine if these are the right fit for your shoes.

The strings will have a slight "gummy" texture when you receive them. That does not affect their use nor ability to string into your projects.
